Can I buy earrings from you individually?
Half pairs can be purchased from all earrings, excluding order products and discontinued models. Choose half pair left or half pair right on the product page, the price is half the price of a full pair. Half pairs can also be bought in Helsinki flagship store and Konala Outlet.
Where can I get spare parts for my jewelry?
The best way to get spare parts for jewelry is through our own store or an authorized retailer. You can e.g. get new background studs for your earrings or a new pearl for your Twinflower ring.
My jewelry is broken, what should I do?
The jewelry can be delivered to our maintenance service either through our own stores or through one of our authorized retailers. You can also mail the jewelry directly to the following address information:

Please include your contact information and return address. You will receive a price estimate for the repair before starting the work. Please note that our maintenance service is only available in Finland and we do not send maintenance work abroad.
I have an old piece of jewelry and I'm wondering if it's Kalevala Jewelry?
You can get tips for identifying jewelry on our website.
You can also send a picture of your jewelry and the stamps on the jewelry to info@kalevala.fi, and we will help with identification.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders placed in our online store are shipped directly from our factory in Helsinki, within 1-3 business days of the order. We receive praise from our customers for our fast deliveries.
Where do you ship online store orders and how much are the shipping costs?
We deliver jewelry orders almost worldwide. Postage in Finland is €5.90, to EU countries €15 and outside the EU €25.
